Founded in 2001, Lovely Phuket – Real Estate (formerly Ayudhya Real Estate) has grown to become one of the well established privately owned and operated real estate companies in Phuket.
In 2004 we launched our first virtual shop on the internet. The easy-to-navigate, information- rich Web site listed over 2.000 properties and provided information in four languages reaching over 1.8 million visitors per month.
In 2005 we launched “Villa Suksan” a development of luxury Balinese Villas. The project sold and completed over 40 villas. Today, most of the villas are still managed and rented by our sister company ‘’Holiplanet Holiday Rentals’.
In 2007 we were appointed to exclusively market and promote the project: “Kata Ocean View Condominium” . First units were sold out before starting construction, giving a strong kickstart for the future development of 6 phases and over 100 units of the project.
In 2010 we launched phase 3 of Villa Suksan and “Villoft”, a successful contemporary tropical luxury house with a simple yet comfortable lay out.
In 2012 we started a new company to provide property management services to Villas and apartment owners. The company specialized in rental property management under the brand name “Easy Home Phuket” and later rebranded under the name: “Holiplanet Holiday Rentals”.
Holiplanet welcomes guests and look after them from check in to check out, provides guests all the necessary information regarding the property and the area, collects payments and security deposits and make sure their stay it’s a memorable one.
In 2014 we launched “Villa Sunpao”, a new resort villas development offering tropical contemporary design and using eco–friendly sustainable and high quality materials. The project was sold out and completed in only 18 months.
In 2016 we launched “Villoft Zen Living”, a new resort Villas and Lofts development inspired by the Japanese Zen Philosophy. The project sold out 90% of the units before starting construction.
