The villa is designed in Thai heritage style. Each bedroom is decorated with Thai silk, bed sheets, Pillowcase, cushion. In the back of the living room area is an open concept to a nice kitchen, Infront of the living area is the swimming pool facing the beach, you can walk to the beach within no time from the villa.

By the swimming pool, there is a bar with a few dining tables, sunbeds all along the pool, and a spacious deck where you can set a table or a yoga mat if you’re are a fan of Yoga or other exercising.

The villa is right next to the beach, you can just walk to or just sit at the front garden table and enjoy the view.

Villa is located on Chalong Bay -the east coast of Phuket and easily accessible by the main road (from Chalong roundabout to Rawai beach). It offers a tranquil home away from home on the scenic shores of Chalong Bay experience and the panoramic view of Chalong Pier and nearby islands.

NEARBY RESTAURANTS AND SUPERMARKETS

A selection of restaurants and conveniences are available within an easy stroll just next door at Fisherman Way Business Garden. Supermarkets are just a 5-minute walk.

BEACH ACCESS

The beach is just a short walk from the villas and cottages. This is not a swimming beach since we are located on the east coast of Phuket. However, our seashore is calm, relaxing, and offers a panoramic view of Chalong Pier and nearby islands. The beach is exposed by low tides and submerged by high tides. The closest swimming beach is Nai Harn Beach, just 15 minutes’ drive from our property.

RECEPTION HOURS

Reception opens from 09:00 – 17:00 hrs. For urgent requests after reception hours, please contact our 24-hour security guard at the barrier gate.

SECURITY

The property is protected by 24-hour security guards and CCTVs. Guests are required to use the given keycard to access the property.

LITTLE ZOO

Guests have a unique opportunity to meet deer, horses, buffaloes, swans, geese, ducks, and many bird species. The highlight is deer feeding. Guests are welcome to feed the deer with fruits and vegetables.

INSECTS

Due to our villas being surrounded by large meadows and natural gardens, it is sometimes unavoidable that you might experience disturbance from mosquitoes, ants, house lizards, etc. We will always try in our best effort to keep all insects out from entering your villas, however, it is very difficult to get rid of them completely. Should you experience any disturbance by the insects, please contact us and we will try our best to do what we can to eliminate them

The Swan villa is sleeps eighteen  persons and is available on a yearly basis starting from 16,000 Thai baht per day
