The villa is perfect for a family, group of friends, or couples who love spending time together on a vacation and needs privacy from other people.

The villa is surrounded by many great restaurants Bars, Massage shops, and Banks, and is not too far from Makro, Villa market, and Tesco lotus. The villa is only 2 minutes driving and 10 minutes walking to Nai Harn and Rawai beach, 20 minutes to Phuket town, 20 minutes to Kata and Karon Beaches, and 45 minutes to Phuket Airport.

The villa sleeps 6 persons and is available on a monthly/ yearly basis starting from 5000 Thai baht per day.

The rental fee includes:
– house cleaning service 1 time/week with linen change: this agreement for monthly tenants only
– pool cleaning 2 times/week

– gardening 1 time/per week

– water: this agreement for monthly tenants only

– wi-fi internet

-security 24 hours service

-CCTV at the main entrance

The rental fee does not include:
– electric 6.5 baht/unit
– water fee is 32 baht/unit  &  garden water fee is 26.75 baht/unit
– house cleaning service special price of 6,420 THB/month for 2 times/week (optional)

– LPG refill
– general maintenance on the daily use of lighting, equipment, and appliances.
