The Villa is made up of 4 separate pavilions, a large pool, and an expansive sandwich deck surrounded by tropical gardens and large trees.

Interiors are finished with a mix of large-sized, light-colored ceramic floor tiles and natural stone, large, free sliding, high quality, Sun-Paradise windows, and doors, with a selection of original artworks and antique furniture from throughout Asia.  All this gives a very sophisticated and comfortable atmosphere to the Villa.

The whole Villa is air-conditioned and with views of the pool deck and the sea.

The living and deck areas have integrated sound systems for entertaining and Apple TV with a movie library in all bedrooms and the main living area.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and appliances are of a high standard (Smeg).

There is a nice casual outdoor Sala, and a more formal indoor dining area.

There is a dedicated massage therapy room.

The villa has maid’s quarters should an owner wish to have live-in staff.

The deck area has various seating and entertaining areas for parties next to the pool and provides beautiful views of the sea and islands.  There are steps leading down to a small cove and the ocean.

Directly in front of the house are two islands that are national parks and from these, we often have sea eagles flying overhead and fishing directly in front of the house. Sometimes we also have sightings of the large and beautiful hornbill birds.

On a clear day, the famous islands of Koh Phi Phi can be seen in the distance.

 10 minutes from Phuket City and has the best restaurants and bars on the island. Ao Yon, a relaxed, white sandy beach, perfect for families and swimming – is only 7 minutes away by car, while a myriad of islands is 15 minutes by speedboat.
